Request deletion of your account

1. Click „Request deletion“ below.
2. Enter the email address of your account and any optional details.
3. Send the request – we confirm deletion within 7 working days by email.

Alternatively just write to mail@preservefood.de.

When you delete your account we permanently remove:

• Your account data (email address, hashed password, profile).
• All content you have stored (groceries, recipes, meal plans, notes, images).
• Your push token, so no further notifications will be sent.

Records we are legally required to keep (e.g. invoices for paid features) are retained for the statutory period only and not actively used.

We typically process deletion requests within 7 working days and confirm completion by email.
